The deadline to apply as a delegate for Presidency 5 is fast approaching!!
Presidency 5 will take place September 22-24 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. Thursday will feature a Fox News Debate, Friday will be an open campaign day featuring rallies, speeches, meet and greets, and candidate receptions, and the straw poll will take place on Saturday.
If you want to be eligible to become a delegate, you MUST register at presidency5.com by June 10th. The only requirements for registration are that you're a registered Republican as of 2/1/11, and that you apply for the county of your voter registration. You DO NOT have to be an REC member to be eligible.
It is open to ALL registered Republicans.
After registration, there will be a P5 delegate selection caucus on 7/14 at 6pm,
at the Volusia Republican Headquarters, 747 S Ridgewood Ave. Delegate applicants
will be selected by lottery.
If chosen as a P5 delegate, a $175 registration fee is due immediately. There is
NO COST to register online.
This event is the Super Bowl for dedicated Republicans such as yourself. It's
going to be a lot of fun, and in the history of the Florida Presidency straw
poll, every winner has gone on to win the nomination, so let your voice be heard
